Move-in and move-out cleans are done in an empty space, which means we can get into every corner without furniture in the way. This is the clean that gets deposits back and gets new houses ready to live in.
We do these across Raleigh and the nearby Triangle towns, including Cary. If you are moving locally we can take the old place and the new one.
Book it as soon as you have a move date. These slots fill up around the end and the beginning of the month.
What's included
We assume the home is empty of furniture, debris, and trash.
Inside the oven and inside the fridge are not part of a move clean. Pick them in the quote form and your price updates before you book.
Flat rate based on square footage, so there are no surprises on moving day.

Do you clean occupied homes for a move-out?+
We do our best work in empty homes. If yours is still furnished, let us know and we will talk through what is realistic.
Will this get my deposit back?+
We clean to a move-out standard, but that decision is up to your landlord. Most clients find it makes a big difference.
How far in advance should I book?+
As soon as you have a move date. These slots fill up around the end and beginning of the month.
Can you clean the old place and the new one?+
Yes. Many clients book us for both the move-out clean and the move-in clean at the new address.
Is this the same as a deep clean?+
It covers a lot of the same detail work, but it is built for an empty house, so it adds the insides of cabinets and drawers. If you are moving in and want to start recurring service, your first visit is still a deep clean once the house is furnished.
