Mighty Bee Cleaning LLC ("we," "us") provides residential cleaning services in the Raleigh and Cary area. This policy explains what information we collect through mightybeecleaning.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, book a clean, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Details about your home, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and condition
• Your service address and any access instructions you choose to share
• Anything else you tell us in a message, email or phone call

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send you a quote
• To schedule, perform and follow up on cleaning services
• To invoice you and process payment
• To respond to questions and provide customer support
• To understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs. These services use cookies and may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed and whether you requested a quote.

We may also use Google's enhanced conversions feature. When you submit a form, this sends a hashed, non-readable version of your email address or phone number to Google so it can match your visit to an ad click. Google receives this data in hashed form and uses it in accordance with its own policies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google My Ad Center.

Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the business:

• Payment processing, to collect payment for services
• Form and email delivery, so your quote requests reach us
• Scheduling and customer records, so we know when and where to clean
• Advertising and analytics, as described above
• Our cleaners, who receive the information needed to complete your service

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by phone or text about your quote or your service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.

How long we keep information

We keep client records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept so we can follow up and improve our service.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Ask us to stop contacting you

Email us and we will take care of it.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
